Shipping times
All in-stock items will ship within 3-5 business days. All other earrings are made-to-order and take 3-4 weeks to ship. If you are worried about getting your earrings in time for a special occasion, shoot me an email and I will do my best to accommodate you. Thank you for your patience in supporting handmade goods!

Local Pick Up - free for Portland, OR residents; Domestic - $3.00 flat rate (US only); International - $12.00 flat rate
Returns
Please contact me with any questions about designs prior to ordering so that I can be sure you will love your new earrings!
In-stock earrings are returnable within 7 days of receipt of shipment and must be unworn and returned in the same condition as received (including packaging). Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Made-to-order earrings are not returnable. However, in the rare chance your earrings arrive damaged please contact me as soon as possible so I can make things right.
Earring care
Thread has a memory! For best results hang your earrings in-between wears or lay flat. If the fringe gets curly, you can help it straighten out by gently running your fingers through it.
Wholesale availability
Whether I am accepting new wholesale accounts will vary with the season and how busy I am. Please send me an email/fill out my contact form with your inquiry!
Earring repairs
If your earring breaks, please contact me right away. In the rare case that something breaks I try my best to accommodate repairs with minimal additional charge.
Custom orders
My availability to do a custom order will depend on the season, but send me an email and we can chat about your idea! Custom orders work best when a person wishes to customize one of my designs with different colors. I will not do any custom orders that are based off an image of an earring that is not my own design.
Donations
I typically make my donations after 3 months or so of orders. Please see the “environment” highlight on my Instagram for more information on where donations are going!
